1 Year Old!!

One year ago today...
Now...Happy 1st birthday, Liam! You make every day like Christmas. You are so, so sweet. You love to give kisses. Getting a smile or a laugh from you is a huge reward, and you give both a lot. You love to be outside. We say "Good morning, outside!" each day when we let the puppies out. You love it when Mommy and Daddy both come to get you from your crib. We are your biggest fans. You love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. You are a good eater. Your favorite foods are oatmeal, peas, and sweet potatoes. You love bath time with Daddy. We go for a walk nearly every day. You are friendly and will wave at someone if they have not looked at you yet. You love dogs, especially yours. You appreciate a schedule and a timely nap. You love peek-a-boo, balls,anything that lights up, boxes you can climb into, blocks, and BOOKS. You bring me books to read every day. Your smile can light up a room. You are amazing inside and out. Mommy and Daddy love you more every day, sweety boy. BIG hugs, kisses, and butterfly kisses!!

Happy 1st Halloween!

We got up yesterday morning, let the dogs out, and went outside to say "Good morning!" Only today we said "Good morning outside! Mommy and Liam are awake. Happy Halloween!"

Later on it was time for a costume change and...

...more pictures! Liam had to sport the groovy Halloween onesie from YaYa , Uncle Paul. Emily, and Everett (YaYa made it).

Liam and I realized that even though we had awesome Halloween shirts, Daddy did not! We needed to make him one...

He thought that was hilarious.

"Umm Mommy, I don't care if it's a Halloween bib. It's a bib...time to eat!"

By the way- Texan and Lexy were, of course, in the Halloween spirit too.

Daddy got home and it was time for Liam to get into his Mickey Mouse costume! (In case you didn't know, Liam LOVES Mickey)

He was a little reluctant to stay in costume...

...but appeased us with a few pictures...

...then decided that, no matter how much we tried, he didn't need all of his costume.

I love Mickey too.

He's pondering being ready to Trick-or-Treat next year.
